Not informing guest

There was load shedding and they did not have a generator so we could not buy any thing but there was a few thing I was planning to buy. So I did my other shopping and returned after the power was on again. I got my stuff I was planning to buy and was browsing the store for other stuff, one of the staff member then only informed me that they only take cash transactions. Could they not have informed me of that before I started shopping put a sigh up or the person at the door tell you that? I also had try to buy stuff online with mr. Price and it said the amount I would like is not available but call to place a special order. The side should indicated how may of the items are in stock? I call the given number this to be told no I must go to Pretoria the store there have that item in stock that is a 1hour and 1/2 drive for me. but there is no way that you can be sure that if you get to the store they will still have 10 of the item and that some of it was not sold in the time. I asked the lady if they can not make a plan and have it send to the Bela Bela branch or some other plan she said she will try and find out. I still waiting for her can back.!!!!!
