Not helpful and doesn't read
Why do these people have a field for Special Instruction if they don't follow it? They just do what they want that cost you more money at the end of the day, or they just cancel your order and you have to go through all of it again. The Service Consultants are so rude and not helpful, bad attitudes because of their mistakes. I have 3 BIG orders that is going VERY wrong. Stress that is not needed on top of moving stress. I will stick to buying in store with you because you are clearly not ready for Online. I am very disappointed.
