Non-existing service

Went to Mr Price Home Design Quarter at the end of August. Upstairs, the tills were closed due to stock take. No one advises you that you need to pay somewhere else as the staff was so loud that they do not even notice the customers. Downstairs, no cashiers were at the till. I was second in line and after 15 minutes of waiting, one cashier arrived. Today, I made the mistake of supporting this branch again. Needless to say my experience was even worse. I was the only customer at the till. There were two staff members (ladies) at the till. One behind the till and the other on the customer side. Both IGNORED me and continued with whatever they were busy with. After I had to ask if someone can help me, the lady just called cashiers and continued to ignore me. After no cashiers showed up, I asked again for assistance to pay. She just said she did call cashiers but no one came. I left the product I planned to buy and walked to one of the other shops across the road where I got the same products with great service. I will NEVER set foot in a Mr Price Home again. I have never seen such bad attitude and non-existing service in a shop. Today confirmed this as I had the exact same experience less than three weeks ago in the very same shop.
