NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UN-ETHICAL TRANSACTIONS
This company actually have NO customer service whatsoever. When communicating via their helpline, they don't even have the courtesy to reply. When communicating on their website directly, the same thing. They offer discounts on stock, then don't have the items in stock and charge you even more for half the items than the original order value. This is shocking, ********* and **********. Unacceptable. Will definitely avoid ordering from them again.

Thank you for your reply, however the out of stock items is not the main problem. Kindly look at this order in detail.
1)Initial order amount was (9 items) Subtotal R839.91, less TWOSDAY discount and R150 Mr Price Money voucher -R334.78, add shipping and handling R50, add VAT R72.41 TOTAL R555.13.
2)Now look at actual order received as per invoice in box (half of the items ordered) (6 items) Subtotal R509.94, less discount (NONE GIVEN), add shipping and handling R50, add VAT R73.04 TOTAL R559.94
3)Now look at my order on your website (4 items) Subtotal R730.36, less TWOSDAY discount and R150 Mr Price Money voucher -R334.78, add VAT R72.41 TOTAL R555.13
The calculations DON'T add up, does it?
Upon return, will I be refunded my R150 Mr Price Money Voucher?
I have now lost out on my discount offered on the day, will that be refunded?
Come on, Mr Price Home, you can not even do basic calculations and you expect me to just allow it? I am afraid not. Your out of stock excuse and refund is just not acceptable.
