Non existent customer service

Had a terrible shopping experience at Centurion Lifestyle branch today. The shop was not busy and I had to wait over 10 minutes for a cashier to help me (I was in front of the queue). 2 were busy with some sort of paperwork and just ignored me and the other cashier was hanging on the counter scrolling on her phone. Only 1 cashier was actually work but having a long conversation with the couple she was assisting. Disgusting customer service. I left my basket and I won’t go back there again. Businesses complain that they are struggling but then treat customers like this???
