Non existant client service.

I'm so disappointed in the level of communication received from Mr Price Home.

I app**** for a You're the Business account two weeks ago, as I have a interior decorating & staging business and wanted to purchase a bulk order of furniture and items from them for my newest project. It's been two weeks with absolutely no feedback. Further more, I've emailed them to the correct channels, followed up via their whatsapp channel and called the call centre for assistance. They just rudely advised that I should send a mail, as there's nothing else they can do, which I've done twice already! No further advise or investigation was offered. I'm also not able to re-apply on the app, as it shows that my application is in progress.

I'll be ordering my items from Decofurn and other stores tomorrow, as my deadline is now fast approaching and I can't wait any longer.

Super disappointed. Don't offer business discount programmers if you can't deliver!
