Non delivery of couch

I ordered an L-shaped couch online, which I was assured would be delivered on a specific date. As I do not stay at this delivery address permanently, I had to arrange for someone to be there for delivery. The person had to wait there two days until the delivery eventually arrived and was an incorrect delivery - the supplier had sent two parts of the couch that were the same part! The courier took the couch back and since then Mr Price Home have not contacted me at all, despite the fact that I have already paid in full - R10500.00. I have had to contact the helpline myself to try and get an explanation and commitment for delivery and still no outcome !!
