Non delivery and no customer service

Placed order on the 6th of December , package handed to courier on the 7th of December. Contacted the call center various times and also on WhatsApp. Today still no delivery to the store where i should do the pickup. Date today is the 31st of December. Why does all the Mr Price agents lie? Was told that package can be collected, on the 24th and 26th , nothing at store. This is the worst online experience ever. Nobody wants to assist, no way to contact management, no way to get info on package. Was told that it will be delivered to store today 31st , if not I will be making a theft case as I was told various times that I cannot get a refund.
