No trolleys and stock !

I really wish there was a zero rating available for your Tygervalley and Canal Walk branches in Cape Town. Most pathetic. How do you expect me to shop with no trolleys available. None whatsoever. When I wanted to walk out of your canal walk store with a basket trolley after purchasing scatter cushions / lamp and crockery, I was stopped abruptly for not leaving the store with this trolley. How do you expect me to get to my car with all these XL bags? Myself being a petite female, how on earth do you expect me to carry this? Such a terrible shopping experience. All thanks goes to @Woolies in Tygervalley for assisting me with a decent trolley.

Also your Brackenfell Corner branch displays products as testers but has no stock available and neither does IBTs. False advertising perhaps? How do you entice customers to buy, but there’s no stock?
