No Staff commitment because of no commission structure

we wanted to buy a table, you had no stock, we where happy to take the display unit but was told if dismantled and put together again the product will be loose. (what kind of products are these - or was the staff member just lazy to dismantle the item for us to buy)

staff just stood there, we said please check with mr price home in hillcrest.. they did, they where showing 2 in stock. we said thank you and went to hillcrest... they only had on in stock 1 was missing and that one was reserved for a customer.. we where told the warehouse in hamersdale had stock, we said great get it for us.. they said certainly for R300 delivery fee to your house, we dont want it delivered to our house. we then said just get it to you hillcrest store, they said they cant to that it has to be delivered to our house.

so i took a photo of the table and sent it to a wood maker man who is now making the table for us our of real wood, not vynal wrapped chipboard.

poor show.

we have always dealt with Mr Price Home but over the last 3 years it just gets less and less inspiring to deal with. the state of the nation and service delivery across the country has dropped and people are only working and doing the bare minimum just to keep their jobs.. because majority companies do not have comission structures to motivate their staff to peform,.. do this and it will be a game changer, the people who are loafers and free loaders will eventually leave (or commit theft so you can dismiss them) and the staff who actually deserve their jobs will peform and generate better salaries and in turn generate more sales for you Mr Mr Price.
