No service from their online order that is missing!
I ordered two cahirs online on Black Friday. On the following Friday they delivered it tonthe wrong address so it was taken back and I was told it would be delivered to the corrwct address on the Saturday. I tried callingvthe call center but the phone just gets put down in your ear. It is now a week later and I get no feedback as to where the chairs are. I send emails to the email adress provided but nobody gets back to me. I will never buy a single thing from Mr Price again. There are lots of places to buy from if Mr Price Home doesn't care about their service. Just another company jn South Africa that is badly run.

"If the couriers have the correct address then what else do you need? This order is not delivered as yet , it is still with the couriers, they will notify you when they deliver."
Great Mr Price Home. You take my money, then basically you say we couldn't care what happens now. Your couriers delivered it to the wrong adress a week ago without even notifying me ..they just rocked up. Now you can't even tell me where my order is or when it will be delivered.. after theybsaid it will be delivered Saturday past
