NO service from Mr Price Home Online

Not impressed with Mr Price Home online. Placed an order online on 12 September (tomorrow a week ago) and have not received the package or any further communication from them, except that the order has been placed and a tracking no. Worst part is I had to pay for shipping - shipping that I did not get in a week. Tried their whats app line for help and they were experiencing "techinal difficulties". Tried the tollfree line - first time held on forever and got cut off, second time now and I have been holding on for over 15 mins and got cut off again!!!! Phoned a 3rd time and line just died. I have received stuff off Shein faster, free shipping and with better communication. You should be ashamed of your level of service!
