NO SERVICE

I have been to Mr Price Rustenburg 2 times for items I need.

I got there on Monday, and the lady was NOT in the babies department where she should be, waiting to assist clients. The items I needed was not there so she said they DID receive stock on the Monday. I asked her can you please just assist me and give me some. She said no, it does not work like that. I do understand that so she said I must go back the following day. The following day, SAME STORY!!!!! NOTHING IS UNPACKED WITH NO CLIENT SERVICE!!!!

I am looking online now to get the items now I HAVE TO PAY DELIVERY cost because your Madam's are too lazy to do their job!!!!!!! I phoned the store today to find out if the items are there, NO ANSWER.

Phoned the number in KZN for assistance, they just put the phone down in my ear.

How useless are you????????
