No *****s for my chair

I order a couple of chairs and table from the Mr Price Home Online store. When the furniture arrived, there was only one set of *****s for the chair and the other chair doesn't have a set. I've tried without success to ask for these from Mr Price and still dont have them. They keep telling me they waiting for feedback from they quality department, but I've now paid full price for a chair that doesnt do anything for me cos it cant be connected. Really want this sorted out ASAP or I will return all the furniture bought.
