No response to emails

I had an online order delivered to me on 15/09 and a few days after that I called because I needed to return 1 of the 4 items I bought. It was collected by a courier sent by MR Price Home. I kept sending emails and inquiring about the progress of the refund and up until today after 8 weeks I am still waiting just for an update. So far the only response I got was on 01/10 saying it takes 3-5 days for the refund and that was the last time someone answered me.
