No response

I bought a bookcase from the store and was only offered the option to have it delivered, which I took. <br> They delivered the bookcase unassembled, I was never told that I had to pay extra for them to assemble it. <br> I phoned the store and spoke to Jane who advised I would need to drive to the store and pick up one of the assembly persons and drive them back to my house, they would assemble this and I would need to take him back to the store. <br> I advised her that this was not an option and I would like to have an assembled case delivered, and they can pick up the one that was not assembled. I would like to pay the R75 into their bank account instead of driving through to the shop again to pay. She said that this was impossible and I would need to go into the shop to pay. <br> I asked her to see please get back to me as they were closing the store, which she said she would do on Sunday. I have not received any feedback from them yet.
