No reply on lost payment (with proof of payment)

Made an online payment, the payment got lost! Send through proof of payment (confirming with ABSA that it was indeend deducted from my account, they confirmed) also multiple e-mails, no one is getting back to me?! They have my money, I dont have my product and no one is getting back to me on this matter!!
