No Refund with online payment but you pay cash for items

I bought a few items from the UK with Mr Price Online, I paid via EFT in south Africa, At the time of ordering here was . NO STOCK sighs on the item. More than a week later I am now being told that they tow items are out of stock. the Sentence 'We will refund you for the missing item and send the balance of your order' Then Samantha tell me they will refund me in a gift Card. 1) I paid cash I want my cash back 2) there was no NO STOCK sign on the items being bought 3) there are no charges for the person receiving the monies if an EFT is made back into my account 4) I don't want a gift card from your shop as you do not have the item I requested into the first place. Bottom line! I want my refund back in cash. I have supp**** banking details to the consultant so I expect a cash eft refund back into my account. Nothing more nothing less that what I paid for that you CLEARLY don't have stock of!
