No refund when ordering online

Mr price home had a 3 for 2 sale. The items was showing in stock on their website but one by one order was cancelled. I purchased items for a new property we bought. I was told I will be credited. I sent an e-mail 3 times already to ask them to recon my account as I only received one orders money back. I placed about 8 orders. On my e-mail I sent three times I did do a breakdown of items I received and the orders that was cancelled. According to Mr Price home owes me R7000 more or less if not more! No feedback was given from my e-mail. I have been buying online for a while but do not feel like I want to buy online anymore. I also cant buy anything else for the new property as my refunds just never reflected.
