No Refund after 18 working days

Following my initial query of ordering an item , receiving it with no *****s to assemble , then being advised to return it as they dont have the *****s , then being advised the item no longer in stock , it was advised i would get a refund between 7 and 14 days ....the return took place on the /Order Return Request - ********** 19149 26\09\2017 this query started. The item was collected on the 26th October - its now the 14th november no refund received ....no calls received - when i call noone answers as you need to key in your id. amount is R600 .00 which i guess im expected to write off as MRP home has made no effort to resolve my query or try and service me as a client.
