No refund a month later!

Firstly MrPHome website would not allow me to return part of my order; you only get an option to cancel the entire order ; I then call them and they said just take delivery of the entire order and tell the delivery team to return the items I did not want to the factory. I did this and was advised that as soon as the items get to their warehouse in Durban that I would get a refund... Well a month later and about 10 phone calls later still nothing; whats worse is that each time I call them they say they will either get the lady working my order to call back or they need to chat to her and then call back and they don't... Pathetic service for such a successful SA company - really did not expect this from them....
