No pillow slips

I recently did a online purchase for bedding. I called H/O numerous times asking when the package would be delivered the 1 operator said he cannot assist me and the other operator said that the package had arrived in postmasburg but because I didn't answer my phone when they called they sent it back( I never got a call).I waited 3 weeks in total. When it arrived it was the wrong colour. I then had 2 drive 120km to kathu in order to change it when I got there they never had stock of what I wanted. I then purchased a different bedding set which included duvet cover, fitted sheet 2 standard pillow cases and 2 continental pillow cases. when I got home there was no standard pillow cases in the pack and the fitted sheet does not fit my double bed.i cannot drive back to kathu to exchange it as it is a 120km away from me. I am now forced to purchase another fitted sheet and 2 standard pillow cases- very inconvenient.
