No one willing to assist!!!!!!!

I have never received such disgusting service in my life! I have placed an order and paid for a couch which has never been delivered. No one at the call centre or at the email desk is willing to assist me, they keep telling me that they will get back to me which they never do. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am at a loss as to how to resolve the problem.
