No Mr Price Home, I thought you can do Better !!

I ordered a White High Gloss Desk for R2,000 (R2,325 with delivery and to assemble) Date: 2016/03/04. <br> <br> Every time when a desk arrives from Durban it was damaged....And it takes a week for the new desk to come from Durban; I was very patient and understood that they had a problem.... But after 3 attempts I got a desk delivered today and was horrified to see that after all the trouble and reordering 3 desks at different times - that they have the audacity to deliver a desk in such bad condition. (which they got from a store for me because I am now waiting for more than a month) What happened to quality control ? I asked the person I spoke to at Mr Price to please check that there are no scratches or marks on it before they deliver. This is so disappointing and I don't get anywhere with customer service !
