No joy from Mr Price Home

I have bought from Mr Price Home many times before. This time quite a few of their items arrived broken. I immediately took pictures while the courier was here (he refused to take it back at the time) and sent it to Mr Price. To date it has not been replaced, I have sent numerous emails - the only reply received just tells me to go and exchange it at my local Mr Price Home - um, I am almost more than 30kms away - that is why I ordered online, if I wanted to buy from the shop I would have. All other suppliers collect and replace their broken items.
