No Info or updates

Have been trying to find out where my online order is? Or who the courier is, your systems are out dated and information displayed is terrible. One cant see any update on your order, I need to ensure I have some one home to assist with bringing the order upstairs as it is not a small item?

your chat line has you waiting for ever, really. I would think for such a big company that you would actually ensure that your onlike service would be easy to track an item or view what is happening.
