NO HELP WHAT SO EVER

I have tried ordering on line a regency blanket box 3 times now the 1st time it would not accept the voucher number that they gave me then they wanted to charge me delivery when it said that if you order something over R650.00 the delivery was free I have been had an account with them for at least 10years and I tried to order again today no joy I have emailed them numerous times and no help at all don't these people want to help their customers DISGUSTED
