No help from staff

Om Saturday I went to Mr Price home to buy some baby supplies and new things for the home. Firstly it costs R5 to release a trolley, which I did not have and staff was unwilling to break my R10 for two R5. Since I'm 8 months pregnant i can't carry all the goods and when i then asked for help the staff eould not help me. I was about to spend R3000 that day but left because it was impossible for me to shop here. Will NEVER return to this store i was treated like *******. Rather go to retail crossing, free trolleys and helpful staff who actually wants me to spend money in their store.
