No Delivery To Date

On Friday 08/12/2017, I placed an online order at Mr Price Home understandably my parcel was not collected for delivery until Monday. I had purchased a going away gift for my sister who left last night for England for 7 months. Seeing as I paid a descent amount extra for overnight courier services on the site I expected that the latest the delivery would be yesterday which would have been fine because she flew last night. The package did not come in time and it still has not been delivered. Since Tuesday I have been contacting Mr Price Home and the courier company Dawn Wing to find out when it will be delivered, the last time I phoned was yesterday afternoon and the only response I received from them was that it was out on delivery. Naturally I am not very happy with the service received from either company.
