NO DELIVERY ON PRODUCT AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MR PRICE HOME MALL OF THE SOUTH

I wrote a review on the 30th of December, regarding chairs we bought from the Mall of the South store. Mr Price responded and advised that my complaint was referred to the General Manager who would be in conctact directly. NO CALL OR FEEDBACK TO DATE. These chairs were bought on the 14th of December, with no delivery or feedback on when we can expect a delivery!
