No delivery, False promises!

I made an online purchase on 2/2/2018 and it’s now the 20/2/2018 my product has not yet arrived. I called the Mr P contact centre to find out about my delivery on the 7th working day after the order was made and was reassured it would be delivered within 3 days on 15/2, I then informed them I’d only be available on the Monday 19/2, I called the courier company and Mr Price home to ensure that the delivery was still scheduled for the day as it was getting late I was reassured once again that it would happen. It’s now 12:10 and I haven’t received any update from both companies. I’ve lost 2 working days due to this and I’m very upset by how poor their service is. Delivery costs R400 and that’s a lot of money for the poor professional acumen that’s been received from these companies.
