No Delivery as yet poor support from Call Centre
I have placed an online order *** this was to be delivered on the 23/12/2015. On the 21/12/2015 i noticed that this has not been dispatched and was concern. I contacted the call center and nothing was done this product was only dispatched on the 23/12/2015 as this was a Xmas present I expected delivery to be on time. As I am now on leave I require the delivery address to be changed, not sure if this has been done. Such poor service from a large store. <br> <br> I still await delivery...
