No delivery and no refund

(Allegedly) delivered my package to the wrong address (even provided me the incorrect GPS coordinates, not the Pargo pickup I selected but some random address in an industrial area) and is not responding to my numerous phone calls and *** requesting a refund. I'm at my wits end and have never experienced this terrible service, will for certain never order from them again and advise everyone I know to not do so either.
