No delivery

I ordered from mr price on 20th October 2017 and I haven't received my order till today the 30th October 2017. The 2 delivery men keep on going to wrong address and the last one delivered to someone I don't know! To add salt to it, I contact mr price on the 27th and the very unprofessional agent promised to get back to me same day but she didn't bother to! I emailed them, still no one has contacted me. Very disappointed and I will now opt to order from reputable companies like Woolworths (I ordered from them and it only took them one day to deliver to the correct address).
