No Deliver from Mr P Home
Please do not bother buying from Mr Price Home online.... Actually don't bother with the physical store either. I ordered a plasma stand almost 20 days ago and it still hasn't been delivered. They keep going on about a system issue that's been going on for what seems to be 2 weeks. Nothing can be done, they just keep moving the delivery date. Customer service is also useless: they are so rude. I also can't get a refund because they say it will take almost 10 business days. What the hell is this! So frustrating! I regret buying anything from them and will never ever do so again

12 Oct 2024, 13:32Update: 42 days since i paid for this order and I still have not received the item or a refund. Mr price keeps telling me they can't escalate the matter to Management, only to the EXTERNAL Courier service. How??? What is supposed to be the solve here. I've already asked for a refund but now it seems Mr Price doesn't actually plan to return my R3499. This is ridiculous and I do t know who to call anymore.
