NO Customer Service, Nevermind poor

I am so disappointed in Mr Price Home's customer care services. I have received delivery of some items that I have ordered online. I have not received half of my order, although my order status shows as delivered. I have phoned customer services numerous time - each time some or other story holds. Either it was shipped in two separate parcels, or someone would check with warehouse staff and get back to me. I have sent numerous e-mails as well. Absolutely no follow-up was done! Absolutely ridiculous.
