No Customer Service at all!

On the same order, I ordered from Mr Price Home Online on the 30.12.2020 (7 x 2 m Mahogany Rods), and paid R350 delivery fee, they deliver 1 x 2 m Mahogany Rod and 6 x 1.5 m White Rods. After dealing with so many people, Sindiswe got them to collect the wrong ones. Replacement order created with reference: '"***"' Now This is 20.01.2021 and I am still waiting for the correct ones, No credit is been done on my account yet either on the tie back or rods. No one is getting back to me on answers what is going on? This is really unacceptable service towards customers. You can phone and email *** / *** / *** NOTHING!
