No Customer Service

I have been desperately trying to get some assistance from Mr Price home for my couch. Called the head office and call center several time before being told to send a mail to ********** however nobody responds to the mail. I sent a mail thrice now as for someone to please provide some feedback but still nothing. If this is the only means to provide some customer service the how are customers suppose to receive any assistance when nobody cares to respond or assist ???? and calling does not help because I get told to send my request to the MRP help mail which clearly does seem to be operational. I would really appreciate if someone could contact me or if I can get some contact detail where I can at lease get some assistance or at least a response.
