No concern for lost courier item.

My order (***) was delivered Friday, 10 July...however the parcel bag was teared and an item missing. I sent an email the same afternoon to Mr P Home to investigate, another 2 x emails followed without any answer from them. I expect more concern from a business that uses a courier service, and for a customer who has spent alot of money over the years with them.
