No communication and no refund on incorrect items delivered

I placed an order through the Mr Price app for 4 cantilever umbrella weights. I then received the incorrect weights that are different from the picture and description of my order and they do not fit cantilever umbrellas. I called the call centre and was told to send through a list of items including pictures from my order and pictures of the item. I was then told that a request was put through for the collection of the incorrect items and my refund. I am still waiting and have not heard anything since. Nobody has called to collect the items and I have not yet received my refund! These items were expensive and I want my money back asap! The communication is pathetic. No response to emails. I will not order from Mr Price again. There are plenty other online stores that are much better at customer service.
