No care for their customers

I bought a chest of drawer at Mr Price home and I found out that it was faulty when I tried opening the drawers. I then went to the store to lodge a complaint and have it exchanged, however I was told that there is none in stock and I would be given a call when they have stock. I went back to the store multiple times and there was no progress. I requested that they order the drawer for me but they did not want to assist. It’s been 2 months now and I’m stuck with a broken chest of drawer
