No call back - unacceptable

I made a complaint on May 8th about the very poor turn around times for delivery, I am still (as of today June 5th) STILL WAITING for a call back from Mr Price Home! Which I find unacceptable. Aside from that, when my parcel did arrive, I found that the wrapping paper I had ordered was bent in half to fit in the box! Do you honestly think that is acceptable? If you can't adequately pack your products, don't sell them! And now again, I made another online order on 2nd June, it is now 5th June and only this morning it said \ready to ship". Why bother even saying you deliver in 3-5 days when you NEVER deliver before 5 days. I shop online a lot"
