no assistance

Went to Mr Price Home in Sandton last Sunday. what i bad service i received. this guy at the till did not want to do an exchange for the side Lamp i bought and it was broken. he told me that i am too late without escalating the matter to the management. he did not want even to try the system. up until i look for the manager for myself who ended up helping me and solved the issue.
