New account ****

They have a promo which promises R 200 off your fist purchase if you open an account with them. I opened the account and bought items according to the amount on their promo so that i could get the R200 off, but nothing! I waited in store for almost an hour to receive the promo code via SMS but nothing came. the store manager even called head office or wherever to no avail. To this day, i have heard nothing from Mr Price about my voucher... its really disappointing that stores have to resort to ****s to get customers
