New Account

So I love Mr Price Home's stuff so much that I wanted to open an account to decorate my children's bedroom. Got the account approved within 48 hours, pretty impressive I'd say and received a text message to go get my store card and start buying. Here's the thing. I got married 6 months ago and opened the account under my married surname, but I'm still struggling with home affairs to get my new ID. So I've been to the Mr. Price Home Grove store about 2-3 times to get my store card and they refuse to help me with my old ID and original marriage certificate. As per the call centre they won't help me either. So now Mr. Price Home still keeps calling me to ask when I will be getting my store card. Uhm, I don't know Mr. Price Home??? Either when home affairs or Mr. Price Home gives me a break and actually helps me out. I think it's ridiculous that Mr. Price Home refuses me my store card with a previous ID & original marriage certificate. Very angry customer. Feel like taking my business elsewhere.
