Never shopping there again!!!

I love Mr Price Home but I'm extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. I placed an order online for the first time (and it's the last time too) and 10 days later I'm still waiting for my order. When I call I am told it's on its way. And cancelling the order means waiting an eternity again before I can receive my full refund. Why even give your customers the option to shop online where you're charging for delivery but you can't stick to the stipulated time of 3 days??? What a lousy shopping experience!!!!
