NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM MR PRICE HOME AGAIN!!

I am beyond frustrated with the absolutely unacceptable service from Mr Price Home. I placed an order for branch collection nearly a month ago, and to this day, I have received nothing — no delivery, no updates, and no communication whatsoever.

I have gone into the branch myself, only to be told they can’t help me. I have called customer service multiple times, and every single time I’m given empty promises that my order will be delivered “the next day.” That has never happened. Not once. I’m still sitting here waiting, with zero accountability from your side.

What makes this even worse is that I’ve been told repeatedly that someone will “get back to me,” and they simply never do. I’m the one who has to keep chasing this up over and over again. This is not just poor service — it’s completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.

Why offer a branch collection service if you clearly cannot deliver on it? Why am I paying for a service that I am not receiving? At this point, it feels like a complete waste of time and money.

This has been, without a doubt, one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I am extremely disappointed and will seriously reconsider ever ordering from Mr Price Home again.
