Never have stock of curtain rod brackets!!!!!

I've attempted to buy curtain rods at four Mr Price Home stores..... they have the 25cm rods I want, but they NEVER have the 25cm single brackets to go with it. I drive from store to store, and they have ample stock of the rods, but never have the damn brackets. It's so annoying.<br> <br> Today, I went to Bayside Mall, and after searching yet again for these mysterious 25cm brackets, we call the supervisor, Shirley Lottering, who doesn't greet, or offer any apologies, makes no effort to offer a solution until we ask her to phone another store, since we've been to many others. She says if she does find it, I'll have to wait a WEEK for it to be delivered to that store. She then comes back to say that only Vredenburg has stock, and still no apology or solution, and walks away.<br> <br> WHY oh WHY would your buyers order 25cm rods for all your stores, in different colours and sizes, and yet NEVER have the 25cm single brackets to go with it?????? I've spent petrol driving all over Cape Town to find these rods and brackets already - it's utterly ridiculous!!!!<br> <br> And, if you appoint people as supervisors and managers, please ensure you also send them for customer service training.
