NEVER EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM MRP HOME!!!!!

Mrp Home and On the Dot delivery are absolutely USELESS!!!!

I placed an online order on the 25th of January for express store to store delivery (1-3) working days. By the 30th I e-mailed their "help me" enquiring as to why my status was still "processing" they advised there was a delay in warehouse and apologised for inconvenience. I then promptly received the e-mail of my order is out on delivery and I will have it in no time... By the 1st of February (5 days later) I had not received anything and so I called in to the call centre and was promised delivery the following Monday (the 5th)

WELL Monday came and went with no delivery. Called in this morning only to be told Wednesday. It is a bladdy joke and absolutely horrific the type of service. When I was hoping for express I received a 9 working day turnaround (thats if it was to be delivered tomorrow) But I wasnt going to hold my breath so I have cancelled the order.

Mr P Home lost a R1 600.00 purchase and a loyal customer for good!!

Extremely disappointed... I have always been a huge fan of MRP, MRP Home and MRP Sport.
