Never ever ever again.......

I will never buy anything online again at MRP!!!!!!! I ordered a rug and the wrong colour was delivered. The matter is still pending after several e mails and holding onto phone calls, listening to music whilst on hold............ The after- sales and returns process is painful and I have to yet be given an answer on the outcome of this very poor experience. Still minus my R3500 and the R400 delivery fee.
